IMPORTANT NOTE
Your T3 key is a security device that is linked to your Theft Cover policy, your T3 key must continue to be installed on your PC or laptop for the duration of your Theft Cover policy.
CLAIM PROCEDURE
To make a claim, you must do the following:
1. Make a police report immediately.
2. Fill in the online claim form and submit to the Policy holder within 7days from the occurence of the theft.
3. Print the completed claim form and sign it.
4. Submit the following documents / items:
i)Original police report
ii) Original purchase invoice
iii) Duly completed and signed claim form
iv) Theft Covered's T3 Security Suite
v) Copy of other insurance policy (if applicable)
vi) Any detailed proof and particulars as may be reasonably required by Allianz General Insurance
5. Send (3) and (4) to TISS-MSC Sdn Bhd to reach the company within thirty (30) days from the date of loss.
